Rap superstar Drake, along with Chris Brown, was involved in one of the more highly publicized incidents of 2012. Their bottle-throwing brawl at a Manhattan nightclub earlier in the year brought along a number of lawsuits from patrons who were injured during the melee. Now, according to TMZ, Drake has asked a judge to dismiss the case.

While Young Money rap artist was in attendance during the brawl, he feels he's not at fault in regards to the matters that occurred which led to several gruesome injuries. In an attempt to aid in his request, Drake noted that the New York Times previously described the nightclub as having "a history of violence and other problems."

Does Drake have a legitimate shot at having this well-documented case dropped?
