As if the murder charges weren't enough, ex-NBA Javaris Crittenton is now being accused of prolonged domestic violence. Crittenton faces murder charges for his alleged involvement in the shooting of a woman in 2011, and is now also legally prohibited from going anywhere near his baby mama.

A judge ordered that Crittenton stay 100 yards away from Tyress Daniels and his newborn son, after Daniels filed papers claiming Crittenton has repeatedly abused her. Specifically, Daniels cited three separate occasions.

In one incident the day after their baby was born, the two got into an argument over what clothes their infant would wear for pictures. Crittenton allegedly hit her while she was breastfeeding and told her she had a "smart mouth."

Daniels filing for a restraining order against Crittenton certainly won't help his murder case.
