Rap veteran Nas has had a great year in 2012. After dropping an album with "Life Is Good" this year, the Queensbridge native will be closing out the year with a New Year's Eve Concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

For this upcoming concert, Nas has joined forces with Charitybuzz to auction off a pair of backstage and VIP tickets for the much anticipated concert. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to charity.

Through this joint venture with Charitybuzz, Nas is attempting to raise money for Madison Square Garden's "Garden Of Dreams Foundation". This organization conducts events such as "Make A Dream Come True", which allows kids to meet their favorite celebrities.

But Nas is also excited for his upcoming performance and spoke with the media recently.

"There is no better place for me to spend New Year's Eve than New York City, and there aren't many better places to perform in this world than Radio City," Nas said.

The tickets will go up for auction on December 27th with the concert coming four days later on New Year's Eve.
