Comedian and actor Katt Williams finds himself in hot water again, and once again it's with the law as it's been reported that he failed to appear in a Seattle courtroom for his arraignment on a number of charges. His no-show in court has prompted a judge to issue a bench warrant for his arrest, according to TMZ.

The charges consist of assault, harassment, and obstruction stemming from his involvement in a bar fight back on December 2nd. He also struck a member of the audience over the head with a microphone during one of his stand-up shows and threatened a bar manager with a pool cue.

A Washington State Attorney's office representative states that Katt's attorney was present during the most recent court proceedings and claimed that his client was absent due to a "medical issue." The judge presiding over the case didn't buy the excuse and ultimately issued the bench warrant.
