Former Cypress Hill member Michael "Shagg" Washington has long been involved in a $250 million lawsuit with Rockstar Games over the main character "CJ" from the video game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." Washington claimed that after he was brought in to talk about his life as a gangster, the company stole his likeness and used it for the game.

Well, it now seems the lawsuit has been dismissed, and Washington will see none of that money. An appellate judge found Washington's case to be without evidence, given he couldn't prove for sure that Rockstar based "CJ" on anything he gave them. The judge wrote, "Washington has presented no evidence demonstrating that the plot or characters of GTA: San Andreas have any relevance to his life or his purported fame."
