Ol Dirty Bastard once stormed the stage at the Grammy's and proclaimed, "Wu-tang is for the children!" It looks like another rapper, this time from Houston, is for the children.
Bun B is creating a hip hop coloring book for children. "We picked rap because we know rappers," Bun B told RapFix on why the coloring book will feature rappers instead of child-friendly things like animals or dinosaurs. "Shea Serrano had a great idea. I tried not to mess it up. i think we got something special here."
The book, which will be called "Jumbo Coloring And Rap Activity Book," is written and illustrated by music writer Shea Serrano.
The coloring book will feature a wide carroty of rappers, including new age rappers like Danny Brown and Kendrick Lamar. If you can't wait for the book to come out, Bun B started a tumblr for it with downloadable pages like Dr. Dre's "The Chronic" cover.
