Beanie Sigel made his first appearance in Folcroft District Court yesterday, September 5th, after being arrested for gun and drug possession charges on Interstate 95 in Tinicum, Pennsylvania, late last month.  Since prosecutors are still waiting for finalized lab analysis of the alleged drugs that were found on the rapper, they've requested that the case be pushed back to a later date.  The judge working the case granted them their wish and pushed Beanie's next hearing back to November 14th at 9:30 a.m.  His bail was originally set at $300,000 ,but has now been readjusted to unsecured.

Beanie may now be transferred from Delaware County prison to begin his initial two-year sentence for tax evasion.
