Steve McDaniel, from Long Island, N.Y., was arrested on Monday, August 13th, when his home was raided and authorities discovered an unofficial rule book to teach others how to successfully be a pimp.  The rule book was more of a list of sorts titled, "Rules 2 Da Game of Hoez".  He apparently gave the list of pimp guidelines to his accomplice, Sandra Russell, who is also being accused of working alongside him helping him run his prostitution ring.

The list explains to Russell and anyone else who it would be passed down to how to successfully control the women that work for them.  He mentioned things such as:

- "Always make them need and depend on you so you have power over them (Power is control)."

- "Make them understand that you don't need them, they need you, and they are replicable.  Never let them no (know) if you need them deep down inside."

- "Never let no1 get away with sneakin' anything 'cause once they feel they can get away, they will always scheme.

- "No matter how much you like or care for 1 or any of them, don't trust none of them."

The list goes on longer than that with more "pimp tips" for future pimps.

According to District Attorney Thomas Spota, "Defendant Russell was a master manipulator of these young women who, in exchange for their prostitution services, she provided housing, clothing, food, cell phones and what they needed most – heroin."

Both McDaniel and Russell are facing charges of drug possession and conspiracy as they would pay the prostitutes in heroin rather than real money.
