On Wednesday, former Cash Money Records artist B.G. was sentenced to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to illegal possession of a firearm and attempting to obstruct justice. Already a felon due to prior arrests and convictions, B.G. also received three years of supervised release following his 14 year sentence. At the time of his 2009 arrest, he contended that he had no idea the weapons were present in the vehicle he was in.
