Sharpshooting guard Jason Terry, who was a key member in the Dallas Mavericks championship run, has come to an agreement with the Boston Celtics.

The Celtics have used their mid-level exception in the amount of $5 million to close the deal, which will ultimately total $15 million over 3 years.

In addition to signing Jason Terry, the Celtics have expressed great interest in keeping Ray Allen, who has met with the likes of the Miami Heat. Boston has already locked in veteran Kevin Garnett for another three years and are looking to keep the "Big Three" intact a while longer.
