Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade is one win away from capturing his second NBA championship. But his fun may be short-lived as he is currently going through an ugly custody battle with his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, over their two sons, Zaire and Zion.

D. Wade was looking to spend Father's Day with his boys, but his ex-wife had them for that weekend and supposedly didn't want to turn them over.

Frank Bilecki, a spokesman for the Cook County Sheriff's Department, told the Associated Press that Wade's ex-wife was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one count of resisting arrest.

Siohvaughn failed to take the kids to Chicago where Dwyane's sister was awaiting them. She then called the sheriff who couldn't get in touch with her and according to reports, it was discovered that she tried to leave her home with one of the kids.

Another woman, Nadgee Alarcon, was also charged in the matter.
