With 17 prior arrests to his name, 31-year-old Sydney Clayton has had a list of drug and violence related offenses.
A police officer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania tried to apprehend Clayton for a reported robbery when things turned wrong. Clayton wrestled with the cop before taking his baton from him and bashing him across the head.
The cop escaped drew his weapon, but Clayton came back at him holding the baton forcing the officer to open fire on him.
