Today, May 21st, 2012 marks the 40th birthday of late great rapper the Notorious B.I.G. aka Christopher Wallace.
Even though hip hop has been without his iconic presence for more than a decade now, his spirit is still felt throughout the hip hop community; from fans to those who knew him the best.
One of the people closest to Big has to be Lil Cease. He continues to remember the slain rapper's life and legacy, and wrote a warming letter for Smalls, whom is considered by most as the greatest rapper of all time.
