Pharrell has provided all of those interested in joining his "I am OTHER" movement with a State of the Union style public announcement. He explains to all of his viewers that his movement is for all of those who stand out among the masses of ordinary people, and want to celebrate their unique individuality with a family of "OTHERS" like them.
This video is particularly interesting, because Pharrell decided to throw in some of his blooper segments into the actual address to really get his point across that "I am OTHER" celebrates being different in every way.
