Would Anyone Care if Zimmerman Had Black Ancestors?

Maybe some people would care; certainly many won't. It's been revealed that there are some black roots in George Zimmerman's ancestry.

His great-grandfather allegedly had "black roots through an Afro-Peruvian great-grandfather – the father of the maternal grandmother who helped raise him."

The general public has pretty much already made up its mind about Zimmerman, so any type of news about having black roots in his family most likely won't help him much in the eyes of the public, but who knows, maybe it could have some merit in the court room when his trial officially begins.
