A month after the president made national news singing Al Green's "Let's Stay Together," Mr. Green joined Obama at a Democratic fundraiser. As far as we know, no singing was involved.
After Obama thanked green for attending, an audience member shouted, "Give us a verse!" He declined stating, "..took a change at the Apollo and I'm not going to take a chance again." Though, he did add, "After re-election I might go on tour with the good reverend-- be his opening act."
Though we do want our president sticking to running the free world and such, we wouldn't mind hearing that falsetto again. Consider us impressed with the skill and the balls it took to do that at the Apollo.
