New reports show that Sean Kingston's near fatal accident was caused by his inexperience with jet skis and not paying attention to basic boating safety procedures. After piecing the story together, officials concluded that Kingston released the throttle while turning the steering wheel at the same time, causing him to lose control over the watercraft.
The three month investigation showed how close Kingston came to death, with a photo of the bridge he crashed into, now left with an imprint of his body and jet ski.
