Lindsay Lohan has filed suit against Pitbull for a lyric in his "Give Me Everything" feat. Ne-Yo, which states "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who wrote the track, are also listed as defendants in the case, are ordered by injunction to stop all broadcasting of the song. Lindsay is trying to clean up her name, claiming "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
She is suiing the defendants under the New York civil rights law, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.
