When's the right time to tweet?  Anytime!  

Last year, Twitter reported it receives almost 50 million tweets per day.  That's over a billion words and 600 status updates per second.

At that rate, analysts multiplied 100 tweet reads by an average of 6.6 seconds per read by the number of tweets per day.  They found that it would take a decade to read 24 hours worth of tweets.

By comparison, it would take over 11.5 years to read a day's worth of Facebook as they reported 700 status updates per second last year.
