Beanie Sigel was already set to serve a two-year prison sentence for failing to file his Federal income-tax returns. But before he began that sentence, he was arrested once again on a gun and drug possession charge. Realizing his friend was going through a tough time, former NBA player Jalen Rose took the time to let Sigel know that he is standing behind him.

While he was very brief with his comments, Rose took to Twitter to show support for Sigel.

"Support to my friend Beanie Sigel aka "Broad Street Bully" #respect," Jalen Rose tweeted a few days ago.

Sigel's latest arrest came as a huge blow to the rapper, as an additional five years was added on to his initial two-year sentence.
