The Keaton Jones bully situation caused a stir via social media, resulting in celebrities and others offering their help and money to the troubled boy. However, news surfaced that the boy’s mother may be a racist. Now, Rev. Al Sharpton has weighed in with his commentary.

Sharpton was asked if celebrities should still be supporting the boy after the news surfaced noting the boy’s mother allegedly does not care for anyone who isn’t white. Sharpton said “If you’re gonna support him, send a note to his mother. Otherwise, say ‘my support is conditioned on your mother becoming a part of America’s 21st century.’”
