New details have emerged in the death of Long Island rhymer Lil Peep. In a police report obtained by TMZ, it's revealed that the emo rapper laid down for a nap and never woke up.

According to the report, Peep's manager says she saw him early Wednesday (Nov. 15) on his tour bus and he appeared to be just fine. The manager says Peep went for a nap around 5:45 pm, and when she checked on him a little later he was snoring and breathing without any trouble. After attempting to wake him and being unsuccessful, Peep's manager decided to let him sleep longer to rest up for his show that night in Tucson.

The report goes on to say that when Peep's other manager checked on him later that night, the 21-year-old was completely unresponsive and his team began to perform CPR.

When police arrived, they reportedly found drugs on Peep's tour bus including Xanax, marijuana, and an unknown tan powder.

Peep's brother Oskar recently talked with People and said that the rapper was content and had no desire to die.

“It was an accident, it really was an accident,” Oskar said. “He was super happy with where he was in life.”

He told the publication, “We [the family] have heard there was some sort of substance he did not expect to be involved in the substance he was taking. He thought he could take what he did, but he had been given something, and he didn’t realize what it was.”
