According to Hypbeast, the cause of death may have been an overdose of Xanax and Fentanyl pills. Many in the Hip Hop community have shown their condolences to the late rapper on social media including Lil Yachty, Lil Tracey, Lil Pump, and Rich Chigga.

Lil Peep, an emerging rapper who gained a following for his emo hip-hop style has passed according to multiple reports. Lil Peep who's real name was Gustav Ahr was just 21-years-old. The reasons for Peep's passing have yet to be disclosed but his manager Chase Ortega broke the news via Twitter: I’ve been expecting this call for a year. Mother f**k
