Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is being sued by an actress who claims he masturbated in front of her and raped her.
In the lawsuit acquired by the New York Daily News, the unidentified actress says she was first assaulted by Weinstein after meeting with him in 2015 at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills to talk about a role on the Netflix series Marco Polo.
The woman claims in the suit that Weinstein, 65, held her wrists with one hand and masturbated with the other.
According to the lawsuit, the woman met with Weinstein again a year later to “celebrate her upcoming role in ‘Marco Polo.’”
While the two were in his hotel room, Weinstein allegedly left the room and returned wearing a bathrobe.
The woman says Weinstein pulled her jeans down and began performing oral sex on her. She says although she attempted to push him off, he then used his "massive strength and weight" to hold her down and penetrate her without a condom.
The Weinstein Company knew about the allegations against him, according to the lawsuit.
The actress is suing for compensatory damages and money judgment for “mental pain and anguish and severe emotional distress.”
More than 100 women have now accused Weinstein of sexual harassment or assault.
