Reports have surfaced, further digging Harvey Weinstein in a deeper hole of public, professional, and legal shame. According to The New Yorker, Weinstein hired a private investigation firm to dig up information on his accusers and journalists. Weinstein hired two PI companies, Kroll and Black Cube to find information regarding sexual histories and psychological profiles on the targets in an attempt to squash the pending allegations against him. According to documents obtained by The New Yorker, Weinstein was contracted to pay Black Cube roughly $500K for one job while offering another $300K to get an article from being published.

There have been almost 100 women come forth with allegations against Weinstein accusing him of sexual misconduct in some way, shape, or form.
