It's been over 18 months since Gucci Mane came out of prison a clearly changed man. Since his incarceration ended in May of 2016, the Atlanta rapper has been grinding super hard and his career is arguably stronger now than ever before.

Gucci's dropped three albums in just the last 16 months: Everybody Looking, The Return of East Atlanta Santa, and Mr. Davis.

While three LP's released in less than a year and a half would be considered prolific by even the most conservative observer, Gucci has vowed to drop a mixtape "every other day" in 2018; a tall order indeed, though one it looks like Gucci is set on accomplishing.

In light of his new grind, it shouldn't come as a surprise that his label, Atlantic Records, gave him a $10 million extension on his contract.

"Thank You @AtlanticRecords or the 10 million dollar extension #ELGATOTheHumanGlacier I appreciate It sincerely," he tweeted on Wednesday.

Gucci accompanied the tweet with a picture of wrestler Ted DiBiase, the Million Dollar Man.

The 37-year-old rapper recently married his longtime fiancee Keyshia Ka'oir, so the alleged $10 million contract extension will no doubt come in handy.
