The Usher saga continues on as a woman has come out and said that Usher gave her herpes after she had sex with him twice. The woman also claims because she contracted herpes from Usher, the STD caused her babies to become stillborn. According to the lawsuit, the woman became pregnant and gave birth to stillborn twins. The stillborn deaths of the twins allegedly occurred because of herpes she contracted from the singer.
Since then, Usher has denied all of the allegations made by the three people in the suit. The court documents noted that Usher has refused to take any type of STD test. According to TMZ, Usher’s lawyer said: “Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters.”
News of the woman’s stillborn twin deaths come after another woman who was in the suit revealed her identity. Laura Helm was formerly listed as “Jane Doe” on the suit, and initially wanted $10 million, but hiked up her amount to $20 million after she found out that she tested positive for Herpes in July 2017.
Along with that, a man in the lawsuit claims that he and Usher had sexual relations while in a Koreatown spa located in Los Angeles.
