The latest development in Usher's ongoing STD scandal involves the male accuser attached to the lawsuit against the artist.
According to TMZ, the unidentified man claims he had sex with Usher at a spa located in Los Angeles's Koreatown.
After the allegation went public, it didn't take long for Usher's attorney, Zia Modabber, to respond.
"Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters," Modabber told TMZ.
Details of the scandal involving the multi-platinum winning artist continue to emerge. On Wednesday one of the singer's accusers, previously only identified as "Jane Doe," was identified.
A jazz singer named Laura Helm filed documents claiming that she had sexual interactions with Usher on two occasions. She says that on the first encounter he ran to the bathroom before achieving orgasm. However, during the second rendezvous Helm says the singer played jazz music while performing oral sex on her and didn't wear a condom during intercourse.
Helm claims that she noticed an unusual bump on the inside of her cheek a few days after the encounter with the singer, and a few days after that, a bump on her vagina.
