As Bill Cosby's second trial for his sexual assault charges in November approaches, he is continuing to lose lawyers on his defense team. Angela Agrusa, Cosby's second lead attorney, filed on Tuesday saying she would be stepping down as his lawyer. She is the second defense lawyer to do so, as earlier this month Cosby's lead attorney Brian McMonagle left the case.

Agrusa and McMonagle were head of the Cosby legal team that defended the comedian during his June trial on three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault after a woman accused him of drugging and molesting her in his Philadelphia home back in 2004.

As a result of losing two lawyers and scheduling conflicts that are making it difficult for him to acquire new counsel, Cosby is seeking to delay his trial until September 11. A spokesperson for Cosby told USA Today, "our new counsel will be in place by the end of the month."
