Bill Cosby is set to face a second trial for a sexual assault. The trial is set to examine charges against Cosby alleging that in 2004 he drugged and molested Andrea Constrand, a former Temple University basketball manager.

The second trial may prove to be off to a difficult start already, as Cosby’s lawyer Brian McMonagle has jumped ship only six weeks after the first sexual assault trial took place. Because of his departure, that only leaves Cosby three weeks to find a new attorney. Cosby’s publicist— Andrew Wyatt told USA Today, “It’s true and we’re still vetting lawyers that are on my short list. That person will be named later in the month.”

The first trial looked at aggravated indecent sexual assault charges against Cosby and was ultimately declared a mistrial. The second trial is set to begin in November 2018.
