One day after getting out of jail on $50,000 bond, Z-Ro denied the domestic violence accusations that got him locked up for aggravated assault, and vowed to take ex-girlfriend Just Brittany to court over her claims. TMZ managed to get a hold of Z-Ro's camp and reports that he is dismissing Brittany's story as a publicity stunt.

Z-Ro was arrested on Wednesday [July 26], two days after Brittany filed a report with police, alleging that he beat her for two hours during a dispute at his residence in April. The report was forwarded to the Harris County District Attorney's office, along with a 20-minute long recording that presents audio from a violent exchange that Brittany claimed involved her and Z-Ro. The DA determined that the evidence was sufficient enough to put Z-Ro behind bars.

Z-Ro says that Brittany is lying about him having slapped, punched, dragged and threatened her with a gun, and points out the coincidence of him having been jailed on the premiere of a new VH1 reality show "Signed" that she stars in. His camp has also produced a photo that Brittany tweeted out hours after the alleged assault, in which she has no visible injuries.

In regards to the audio that allegedly incriminates the Houston rapper, Z-Ro says he hasn't heard it and declined to speak further on the matter.
