Kevin Durant has been on a roll on social media of late. The Golden State Warriors star has long been an active social media user, as was highlighted when SLAM Magazine got players from around the league to read some of his old tweets on the red carpet of the ESPY Awards earlier this month. But he's gotten more relentless with the off season's time on his hands, and no one learned that first hand like one Twitter user who tried to play the reigning NBA Finals MVP on Monday, July 24.

A follower who goes by the name of Kelsey Ball took a shot at Durant in the most predictable fashion possible by making a quip that took aim at his decision to leave OKC for a Warriors' super team last Summer. "Hey @KDTrey5 I named my dog after you and he left me. What's up with that," Ball wrote. KD wasn't having it, clapping back with a poop emoji and a fair bit of irony.
"You must be a piece of s**t if a dog chooses to live in the streets instead of your house," replied Durant.

Durant's decision to respond to the petty knock drew a number of others, likely hoping to get into it with the champ. And he gladly obliged, dishing one-liners, including one in which he countered a fan who told him he didn't earn his ring, by asking: "how much did I pay for it?"
