Lonzo Ball had the best game in the NBA Summer League thus far on Wednesday night [July 12], dropping 36 points while registering 11 assists, 8 rebounds, and 5 steals, and he did it all in a pair of Nikes. The game's commentators definitely took notice, as did the cameras, which became evident when they zeroed in on the rookie's kicks. Fans watching the action from home also got a look at the yet unreleased purple Kobe A.D.s on Lonzo, and LeBron James was one of them.

The 4-time league MVP posted a video clip from the game that gave focus to the Big Baller Brand trailblazer's choice of footwear, captioning the footage with Nike's "Just. Do. It" slogan.

Following the game, Lonzo was asked about the sneakers by a SportsCenter anchor. "At BBB, you can play in what you want," he told the sports news network. "I already played in both of my shoes, might as well get the 'Mamba Mentality' going. Put 'em on, and it worked out tonight."
