According to the NY Post, a 16-year-old Bronx resident named Julien Rodriquez is in trouble because he blasted NWA’s “F—k Tha Police” during a funeral procession for Officer Miosotis Familia, who was shot by a man named Alexander Bonds while she was parked on the street. The teenager blasted the track from his apartment located on East 188th Street, located around the corner from where the procession was taking place. Because of that, about 20 cops showed up to his door to address him.

The teen told the press that his best friend and older brother were both killed by police and also noted: “Since they did not show respect for my brother and friend, why should I show respect to them?” Rodriguez did show remorse for the loss of Familia despite his disdain for police officers in general, saying, “I feel sympathy for that because all she was trying to do was take bad people off the street. It was wrong because she did not do anything wrong, but at the same time, my bro and best friend died for no reason.”

The teen eventually apologized to police, but that only came after the building’s super allegedly threatened to toss Rodriguez and his family out of the building if he didn’t make amends with the cops. The teen said, “I apologized because it was between the house and apologizing.”
