Taxstone Pleads Guilty to Federal Gun Charges, Facing 20 Years

Taxstone has pleaded guilty to two federal gun charges in the May 2016 Irving Plaza shooting of Ronald McPhatter.

Taxstone admitted to possessing a firearm as a felon and acquiring the firearm via interstate commerce.

The shooting at Irving Plaza last May left Ronald McPhatter, a Troy Ave bodyguard, dead.

Taxstone faces up to 20 years.
