A federal grand jury found enough evidence to indict Taxstone on weapons charges in connection with a deadly shooting at a T.I. concert last May that left Troy Ave's best friend dead.

Taxstone was indicted on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and receiving a gun through interstate commerce. Taxstone plead guilty to attempted robbery in 2008, preventing him from having a firearm. According to authorities, Taxstone illegally possessed a 9-milimeter Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun, which was allegedly used at the T.I. concert. Taxstone faces a maximum sentence of 10 years for each of the two charges. Any thoughts? Let us know in the comments.
