This past week, Karrueche Tran served Chris Brown with legal papers during his birthday party, and is now planning on testifying against him in court after accusing the singer of beating her multiple times. According to TMZ, she "has no fear" about being placed in front of Brown, and speaking to a judge about the past. For those unaware, Brown allegedly kicked Tran down a set of stairs, punched her in the stomach, and made various death threats during the time they were together on-and-off. Because of that, Tran has ordered that the judge on the case make sure that Brown does not step near her at all. Since then, Brown has fired back against the accusations.

Via a comment on Baller Alert's Instagram page, Brown said "I'm so sick of these thirsty adults. Jacob has the obsession. Her team is trying their best. For what? No one has served me and the lengths they are going, I should call them stalkers. What's even more f*cked up is that, they played off my past by saying I abused her. Cmon now, opening old wounds to make Kae a victim, that's some evil sh*t. Sad part, y'all believe it."

Brown went on to say, "Provoking me to spazz so they can have something. Notice that this sh*t happens when they need to promote something. No one cares, especially me. That's why I'm being slandered." A hearing for Tran and Brown is set for later on this month. Read his entire response above.
