To the misfortune of his fiancee and 4-year-old girl, court records reveal that Aaron Hernandez's estate is worth "$0.00," with "no monies available and no identifiable personal assets."

Hernandez does have a $1.3 million mansion that has been sitting on the market for over a year, but the mother of his child and his daughter herself will likely see just a portion of what is brought in by its sale, as the mother of Hernandez's murder victim, Odin Lloyd, is said to be expecting a cut to settle a wrongful death lawsuit she has filed against the former New England Patriots star. With the court having approved Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez's request that her authority over his estate be expanded, she will at least get to be in charge of that much.

Meanwhile, investigators continue to examine the evidence found along with Hernandez's hanged body. The medical examiner immediately ruled Hernandez's cause of death to be a suicide, but since the discovery, a number of sensational stories have hit the press, as his family has fought to gather possession of as many artifacts as can be found, particularly those items, such as his letters, that bare sentimental value.
