Like the other Wu-Tang Clan members, RZA was thrilled to find out someone bought their two million dollar album - at one point him and Martin Shkreli even sat down and enjoyed a brief lunch together. That all changed, however, once news of Shkreli's misdealing hit the net and the pharmaceutical CEO was arrested for securities fraud in mid-December. As members of the Clan began to distance themselves from Shkreli, the man deemed "the most hated in America" told an interviewer "I bought the most expensive album in the history of mankind and f**king RZA is talking s**t behind my back and online in plain sight. If I hand you $2 million, f**king show me some respect." He also went on to call RZA "arrogant," which the lyricist decided to respond to during an interview with Bloomberg Politics.

"What could backfire from creating a piece of art, having an idea and to see it grow into fruition?," RZA asked in response to Shkreli's comment about the album's plan falling into his hands. "He has the power to do something really cool. If he wants to be philanthropic, he can do something that could allow more people to hear the record."

"As far as me being arrogant, depends on what day you catch me, baby," RZA added with a laugh. Catch more above.
