Martin Shkreli, a pharmaceutical industry entrepreneur, posted $5 million bond after being arrested earlier on Thursday (Dec. 17) on securities fraud charges. The 32-year-old has been in the spotlight recently for hiking the price of AIDS drug Daraprim by 5500% ($13.50 to $750), and also for buying Wu-Tang's secret album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.

Federal prosecutors allege that Shkreli took stocks from Retrophin, a company he started in 2011, to pay off unrelated business debts. Shkreli was officially charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, three counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of securities fraud.
