Lil Herb has been vocal about the violence in Chicago, and he took the time to share his thoughts on the death of 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee, who was the intended target in a gang beef involving his father. The Chicago spitter spoke to Drea-O about the situation, telling her that he actually knew the child's father.

"That's crazy. It's a lot of madness going on. ...I don't know what's really behind it. It wasn't no accident – I don't feel like – because he got hit multiple times. Chicago so small, I know his father. ...Chicago, the sh*t going on out there crazy. A lot of sh*t is inexcusable."

The "I'm Rollin" emcee spoke to VladTV earlier this year about the violence in Chicago, and he told us that "everybody can get their hands on a gun, adding, "Kids can get their hands on a gun - money speaks. Money talks." To hear the full interview click here
