Chief Keef is determined to hold a benefit concert for the 1-year-old boy who was ran over and killed by the man suspected of murdering his cousin Capo. The Chicago emcee was blocked from throwing the benefit at Redmoon Theater after Mayor Rahm Emanuel's staff called the venue to express concern.

Kelley Quinn, a spokeswoman for the mayor, told The Chicago Tribune, "The mayor's administration called Redmoon and informed them that the show by Mr. Cozart, whose music promotes violence, posed a significant public safety risk."

Keef will still be performing via hologram due to outstanding warrants for his arrest, and all of the money will benefit 13-month-old Dillan Harris.
