Too Short would rather do a few months behind bars than spend any more time on probation. The Cali rapper reportedly began a 90-day jail sentence on Wednesday after turning down an additional three years of probation in exchange for more time to complete his court-mandated community service stemming from a 2013 DUI and narcotics possession arrest in Los Angeles. The 49-year-old rapper was able to avoid jail time after that arrest - despite leading police on a foot pursuit - by pleading no contest to the DUI charge and receiving his initial three years of probation.

As TMZ points out, Too Short will likely be out early due to the rampant overcrowding in LA County jails.
