21-year-old Antoine Watkins has been charged with murder after the car he was allegedly driving crashed into and killed 13-month-old Dillan Harris. This is reportedly the same vehicle that was caught fleeing the scene of the shooting that killed Glo Gang's Capo this past Saturday. The 22-year-old rapper was shot in his back and hip and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
According to reports, the one-year-old was struck by the vehicle around 1:45 p.m. while waiting to go to the beach with his mother and two older sisters. On top of the murder count Antoine Watkins has since been charged with one misdemeanor count of fleeing or attempting to elude police, failure to carry or display a driver's license and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Watkins is set to appear in bond court today. Chief Keef recently announced that he will be holding a concert in Dillan's honor.
