Diddy caught a break after the L.A. County D.A. rejected the music mogul's case, meaning that he won't be charged with a felony. However, he could be charged with a misdemeanor after the case was transferred to the L.A. City Attorney.

According to TMZ, the D.A. dropped the case after just one day, signifying that the felony charges against Diddy were weak. The misdemeanor charges could be decided on as early as next week.
