According to ESPN NFL Insider, running back Ricky Williams has signed a contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
Williams has signed a 2 year deal worth $2.5 million, which could make the contract worth $4 million total. Ricky Williams will be backing up starting running back Ray Rice.
