According to reports, an armed man with connections to the Jan 6 insurrection on the Capitol Building was killed after attempting to breach an FBI office in Ohio.
Ricky Shiffer was shot and killed on Thursday after raising his weapon at an officer, said an Ohio Highway State Patrol spokesperson.
Shiffer reportedly tried breaching the FBI office through the vistor's screening area before being confronted by agents. He subsequently fled leading to a chase between himself and Ohio state troopers. Shiffer allegedly opened fire at the troopers on Interstate 71
