LeBron James will be available for the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday after clearing health and safety protocols following a false-positive COVID-19 test.

According to reports, James returned a positive COVID test on Friday after the Lakers played the Sacramento Kings. He was placed under health and safety protocol due to the positive test and wasn't cleared until returning several negative tests today which enabled him to be active ahead of Friday's game.

The Lakers will play their crosstown rival Los Angeles Clippers this Friday at the soon to be renamed Staples Center.
