According to reports, legendary talk show host Larry King has passed away at the age of 87. It was previously reported that Larry King was hospitalized with COVID-19.

Larry King hosted ‘Larry King Live’ on CNN’s platform for over 25 years and retired in 2010 after he reportedly taped over 6,000 episodes of his show. King interviewed numerous celebrities, presidential candidates, movie stars, and more.

The news of King’s passing was confirmed by his son Chance, and a statement announcing his passing was released on King’s verified Facebook account. The statement said, “With profound sadness, Ora Media announces the death of our co-founder, host, and friend Larry King, who passed away this morning at age 87 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. For 63 years and across the platforms of radio, television and digital media, Larry's many thousands of interviews, awards, and global acclaim stand as a testament to his unique and lasting talent as a broadcaster."
