DJ Akademiks is currently engaged in a back-and-forth with Hot97's Ebro and Peter Rosenberg. During a recent Twitch live stream, Akademiks responded to Rosenberg's comments calling him a "talentless hack." Akademiks went back at the two longtime radio personalities for being envious of him because he built his own platform instead of working for someone else.
Akademiks also belittled Hot97 for being "late" on the "YouTube wave," claiming he can post a video on the platform discussing an old topic, and that would generate more views than anything Ebro in the Morning would do.
